WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

The Customer has fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the Products ordered to exercise their right of revocation, without providing any reason.

The Customer must inform Style and Sea Boutique of their decision to revoke by sending a clear and explicit statement to Customer Service via email at contact@styleandseaboutique.com. The Customer may use the model revocation form attached in the Annex to these Terms, but this is not mandatory.

The Customer shall return the Products to Style and Sea Boutique immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating the decision to revoke. The Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached, and at the Customer’s expense.

In some cases, return labels may be provided for free. Otherwise, the Customer is responsible for the Products (including any damage or loss) until they are received by Style and Sea Boutique.

If all the above conditions are met and the returned Products are received, Style and Sea Boutique will refund the full order amount, including the purchase price and standard shipping costs (excluding any additional charges resulting from the Customer selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option).

The total purchase price (including standard shipping costs) will be refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days after the returned Products are received and verified, provided all conditions have been met. The refund amount will not exceed the amount originally paid by the Customer.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund, excluding any discounts or vouchers applied to the original order.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Returns will only be accepted under the conditions described above. Returns cannot be made to any physical retail location.
